Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its PROPOSED RESOLUTION #96-08- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Johnson Holdings, Inc. has properly applied for an interim use permit for a ~temporary structure for the purposes of providing office space for bank business operations during the construction of the permanent building on the properly generally known as 14150 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 1,.Block 1, Old School House No. 28 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subj'ect Property") WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on August 6, 1996, conducted the public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ;CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Based on Findings of Fact # , an interim use permit for a 14' x 60' temporary structure is hereby granted to Johnson Holdings, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permii Holder", at 14150 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. 2. This permit shall terminate on February 27, 1997. The size and placement of the temporary structure shall be in accordance with the one (1) sheet site plan attached hereto as Exhibit A. The temporary structure shall comply with all applicable Building Code and Fire Code regulations and standards for such structures. The Permit Holder shall be responsi~ble for obtaining all necessary permits, including a building permit, prior to moving i~e structure onto the property. Said building permit will not be issued until all :financial obligations relating to this permit and the application escrow account have been satisfied. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this interim use permit. Said expenses shall be paid within i5 days of billing by the City and failure to pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit the City to ch-aw upon any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. Furthermore, to ensure the timely removal of the temporary structure prior to the expkation date of this permit, the Permit Holder shall maintain a minimulm balance of $500.00 in the application escrow account until such time as the permit has expired and/or the temporary structure has been removed from the property.
