Trott Brook Trail Corridor $ 6,000 The General Fund expenditure for a study on the Trott Brook mail corridor's feasibility is noted within this plan as it has a direct relation to future capital improvement program spending. The feasibility study would involve the public in determining to what extent and when the Trott Brook trail corridor enters the CIP programming. 1999 Lake Itasca $ 33,000 By this year, the ultimate property limits for Lake Itasca Park should be known. Thirty-three thousand dollars is proposed to accommodate grading and seeding restoration consistent with the park plan. Alpine P~rk $33,000 $33,000 provides for continuing development of the park. 2000 2002 Communi _fy Parks Year 2000 $ 69,000 Year 2001 $ 72,000 Year 2002 $ 72,000 Over the next three years of the Parks Capital Improvement Program, Lake Itasca Park will be developed concurrent with the other three community parks (Central, River's Bend, and Alpine Park). Community parks are intended to receive Landfill Trust Fund earnings during these years based upon need. It is presumed that if 35 acres east of the existing Central Park is not available by this time, Central will be nearing development completion. River's Bend also will be largely finished.
