SCHOOL-CALENDAR <br /> <br />District shall provide City with a school calendar. <br /> <br />9. TERMINATION <br /> <br />Either party may terminate this agreement upon ninety (90) days written notice of such <br />termination. All payment due hereunder shall be prorated in the event of such termination. <br /> <br />10. DURATION AND COST <br /> <br />For and in consideration of the provision of D.A.R.E. Officer services in accordance with the <br />terms of this contract, District shall pay City the sum of 50% of the levy allocation upon the <br />preliminary notification by City that officer has been assigned and there is proof of service. This <br />should be completed by December 1, 1996. The remaining amount shall be calculated and paid <br />to City after March 1, 1997. Proof of service shall be considered to be the successful scheduling <br />and implementation of the D.A.R.E. program in each of the schools listed in this contract. <br /> <br />11. SERVICE TO SCHOOLS <br /> <br />The following elementary school shall receive D.A.R.E officer program services as a result of <br />this contract: <br /> <br />Ramsey <br /> <br />12.
