THOMAS AUSTIN <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On August 13, 1996, the City Council adopted findings of fact and introduced an ordinance to <br />rezone the Tom .austin parcel from B-1 Business to R-1 Rural Residential in order that he may <br />resume a residential use of the property in a newly constructed home. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br /> <br />c) <br />d) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Dr'Mt public hearing and regular meeting minutes from the August 6 meeting of the <br />Planning Commission <br />Finaings of Fact//0405 <br />Proposed ordinance <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />In accordance with:State Statute, City Staff ma/led notification of the Planning Commission public <br />hearing for rezoning to persons owning property within 350 feet of the subject property. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />In accordance with the City Charter, the ordinance is eligible for adoption at this time. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends adoption of the ordhnance. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br /> Motion to: <br /> Adopt Ordinance #96- ]3 rezoning certain property in Section 19 from B-1 Business to <br /> R-1 Rural Residential. <br /> <br />CC: 8/27/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
