Ms. Frolik explained the property is currently zoned B-1 Business~ but <br />has been used as ~esidential for decades. She c:'x-phined that the applicant plans to demolish the <br />mm-ent home andFwill lose the 'grandfathered' fights, hence, this request to rezone. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Dale Lakendoffst~Ied he is a builder hired by the applicant.
