She stated <br />that this needs to be expanded to include the RSP facility. Ms. Frolik explained that the Planning <br />Commi.qsion needs to render an opinion that k is in compliance with the comprehensive plan for the City <br /> <br />Cor~oner Deemer sl~ that the County should be involved and they needed a'kight-mm yield" on <br />southbound 57 and Highway 10 to alleviate a potential dangerous situation_ Mr. Jankowski explained <br />that he has written to the County and has not yet received a response. <br /> <br />Motion by Commksioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thorud that the Ramsey Planning <br />Commission has reviewed the modified development program for Development District No. 1, _and the <br />modified Tax Incremmt I~n~ncing Plan for Tax Increment Financing Dislxict No, 6 and has determined <br />that it is in compliance with the COmprehermive plan for the City of Rarnsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
