Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Cornn~ssianer LaDae to recommend that City Coun~ grant site plan approval to T. & G. Land, Inc. Motion carded. Case #14: l~roposed Modification of Development District No. 1 mad Modification of Ta~ increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 6 Zoning Agministraor Sylvia ~'rolik explained that the City of Ramsey, with the construction of the Anoka Electric CooperaSve (AEC) Headquarters, created Tax Increment Financing District No. 6. She stated that this needs to be expanded to include the RSP facility. Ms. Frolik explained that the Planning Commi.qsion needs to render an opinion that k is in compliance with the comprehensive plan for the City Cor~oner Deemer sl~ that the County should be involved and they needed a'kight-mm yield" on southbound 57 and Highway 10 to alleviate a potential dangerous situation_ Mr. Jankowski explained that he has written to the County and has not yet received a response. Motion by Commksioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thorud that the Ramsey Planning Commission has reviewed the modified development program for Development District No. 1, _and the modified Tax Incremmt I~n~ncing Plan for Tax Increment Financing Dislxict No, 6 and has determined that it is in compliance with the COmprehermive plan for the City of Rarnsey. Case #2: Request for a Conditional Use Permit for an Oversized Metal Accessory Building on Less than 2.5 Acres; Case of Brian Wetterlind Zoning AdminkWalor Sylvia Frolik explained that the City received an application from Brian Wetterlind for a conditional use permit to construct an oversized metal accessory building on 2.4 acres in Oleo Acres.
