10. 11. That the adjacent parcels to the west, north and east are entitled to a range of 2,664 square feet to 5,664 square feet in garage and accessory building space. That the City has previously approved a request'for a metal accessory structure on a 2.2 acre lot a~d denied a request for a metal accessory sm~cture on a 2.3 acre lot that would be utilized to house horses. 12. That the Apphcant proposes to locate the metal accessory structure in a grove of mature trees located in the southeast comer of the Subject Property where it will be substantially screened from the adjacent parcels to the south, east and north. 13. 14. That the Applicant has supplied the City with letters of support for the request for a conditional use permit from the adjacent parcels to the north and east. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. 15. 16. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. That the prOposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market value of any surrounding property. 17. That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring L1ses. 18. That the prpposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as highways and streets. 19. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community~ 20. That the prgposed use Mil not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the __ day of A.ugust, 1996.
