We still have
some overlays to do but should be done by fail. The Street Maintenance Program is finished and it
appears to be a good job by the contractor, Allied Blacktop.

Equipment maintenance consisted of oil changes and preventative maintenance plus some tire
repair. We had s6veral instances of vandalism so have been repairing or replacing damaged signs.
Also installed new signs for developers in new housing developments.

We did some right-of-way mowing, still have more to do as time permits. At the moment the
mower is broke down, waiting for parts for that.

The Public Works; building has been painted and looks real nice. We are now waiting for letters
for the front of th~ building to identify it as a City of Ramsey facility. The landscaping is planned
for this fall yet so ishould be done by winter.

/jmt
