Ms. Frolik read the mended wording; <br />"Churches (except that no church w:dl be permitted in a building designed primarily for residential use <br />without first appyng for and obtaining a conditional use permit and that no church structure will be <br />converted to a commercial use following expiration of occupancy and/or conditional use permit without <br />obtaining conditional use permit for conditional use)". <br /> <br />Motion bY Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recommend that City <br />Council adopt the. proposed ordinance to establish churches as p~nitted uses in the R-1 and R-2 <br />residential districts: <br /> <br />Motion carded. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Case//2: <br /> <br />Request for Sketch Plan Approval of Business Park 95 3rd Addition; Case of City <br />of R,qmsey .; <br /> <br />Zoning Administrat~ Sylvia ~Frolik explained that the City of Rank~ is in the Process of platting two <br />more lots in Businesl Park 95 to accommodate the new facilities for Barkela Manufacturing and Capco. <br />She explained that this is a minor subdivision and Lot 1, Block 1 is 10 feet deficient of the requirement for <br />200 feet of frontage bna public road and vA_Ll be modified accordingly. <br /> <br />Commissioner Thomd asked if the I0 feet would be added from Ouflot A. Ms. Frolik replied <br />affirmatively. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holland and seconded by Commissioner Jensen to recommend that City <br />Council grant sketch plan approval to Business Park 95 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
