She explained tha applicant has requested an <br />interim use permit for a temporary structure in which to operate their business while the permanent <br />structure is under development. <br /> <br />Terry Hendrickson, 15631 1~ ~m.qey Boulevard, explained that businesses were beneficial to the City <br />through taxes and!the increase in jobs. Mr. t-Iendrickson stated that by approving thi~ temporary <br />structure, the City would be creating a signhqcant competitive advantage to this banlq as there is <br />another bank being developed across the street. Mr. I-Iendrickson cautioned the Commission of <br />giving unfair advarftages to businesses. <br /> <br />Jim Connelly, 16235 Kamacite Street, asked ii'the land has been transferred to the bank. Kew/n <br />Johnson, of Johns~ Holdings, P.O.
