FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94-16 (SANITARY SEWER, ~* <br />MAIN, STORh~I SEWER, AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO SUNWOOD <br />EAST) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 9, 1996, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #96 <br />authorizing the preparation of plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 14, 1996, the' Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #95 <br />awarding the bid ~o Ryan Contracting, Inc. for the sanitary sewer, watermain, storm se~ <br />street improvements to Sunwood Drive East (Improvement Project #94-16); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has authorized previous payments in the amount of $377, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowsld has inspected the completed w~_ <br />recommends partifl payment to Ryan Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $284,015.90. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH] <br />OF RAMSEY, /[NOKA COUNTY~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: ~: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Ryan Contracting, Inc_ <br />sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and street improvements to Sunwood D;i <br />(Improvement Project #94-16) in the amount of $284,015.90. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor c <br /> Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving paymeni_ <br />for the month of September, 1996. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolu6 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />__ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said res0Jtrfion was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Court, <br />the 9th day of September, 1996. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
