Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g96-09-__ RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMl IMPROVEMENTiPROJECT g95-15 (SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM AND STREET I1V~PROVEMENTS TO FOX KNOLL) £ WHEREAS,iby a resolution passed by the City Council on September 9, 1996, the City Ad: was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer ~ improvements to Fox!Knoll (Improvement Project #95-15); and WHEREAS,: the City Administrator has notified the City Council that such proposed assess been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE Ct RAMSEY, ANOK/k COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That a public hearing shall be held on October 8, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property ~ such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2) 3) That the City Administrator is hereby directed to cause a notice of the public hearing on thc assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearin~ shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement.
