NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. The City of Ramsey City Council endorses the application to the Metropolitan Council's <br />Transportation Advisory Board for Federal funding of the Mississippi River Trail, and <br />2.
