NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. The City of Ramsey City Council endorses the application to the Metropolitan Council's <br />Transportation Advisory Board for Federal funding of the Mississippi River Trail, and <br />2. The City of Ramsey City Council authorizes the City Administrator to send a letter, <br />together with a signed copy of this Resolution along with the application to guarantee the <br />20% local match (from Ramsey or Anoka County Parks, or a combination thereof) for the <br />project, and <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of July 2011. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #11-07-XXX <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
