AND W~EREAS, on March 16, 1992, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission approved the ske~h plan for Ramsey Meadows; and WHERE.ii, S, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on April 23, 1992, and recommended acaeptance of cash to satisfy park dedication requirements for the plat; and WHEREAS, on May 5, 1992, the Rarnsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a pub!ic hearing regarding Ramsey Meadows and recommended preliminary plat approval of same;land WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 26, 1992, and approved the preliminary plat f6r Ramsey Meadows; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council granted final plat approval to Ramsey Meadows on June 23, 1992; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council granted final plat approval to Ramsey Meadows 2nd Addition on March 23, 1993; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council granted final plat approval to Ramsey Meadows 3rd Addition on February 28, 1995. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, $kNOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Ramsey Meadows 4th Addition in accordalice with relevant City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:' - and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resblution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of September, 1996.
