The cabinets at the proposed site will require a i 00 Amp., Single Phase electrical supply, of which there is an adequate supply nearby. The proposed site would measure approximately 50 feet by 50 feet, cleared of underbrush and covered with an ail-weather gravel surface. The equipment cabinets, of which there will be a maximum of six, shall be earth tone in color and placed on a 10 foot by 20 foot concrete pad. APT's experience with this type of installation indicates the risk of fire within the cabinets is virtually nil. Furthermore, if a fire were to start inside the cabinet, it would'be contained within the cabinet. There is currently in place, a suitable access for fire fighting equipment and the applicant will see to it that it is properly maintained. A office/equipment maintenance shop is the only existing structures on the subject site. The proposed site is located adjacent to an existing private field road. No new access roads will be constructed. The width of the existing private road is adequate and APT shall see to it that it remains rocked and usable in all weather conditions. The width of the existing private road is approximately 15 feet. APT shall acquire a geotechnical investigation for the proposed site and be assured that it is well suited for its requested use and will not cause any soil or geologic hazard. Proper procedures and quality standards as well as erosion control shall be adhered to during construction. Final grading shall be urfiform to insure that proper drainage of the site is achieved with no potential for flooding or contamination of any creeks or ponds and there will be no areas of standing water.. Since the proposed communications facility is an unoccupied passive use, it will interfere very little with commercial, industrial or rural activities in the site area boundary. There will be no people residing at the site, which means no children, dogs, cats, livestock or gardens to be affected by and/or complain about the commercial and/or industrial activities. There are no activities that will produce airborne emissions, odor, vibration, heat, glare, radioactive materials or noxious and toxic materials. All equipment and materials needed to operate the site are located within the equipment cabinets. Heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment are located within the cabinets. Noise levels will comply with DEQ regulations. Since the site does not have water or sanitary facilities it will generate no~ waste water. The proposed communications facility will not be injurious to the use and enjoyment of other property in the immediate vicinity for the purposes already permitted. Ail APT sites are constructed with the latest technology in wind resistance load, structural integrity and safety precautions.
