I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-09- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND <br />AUTHORIZIN.G PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED <br />DURING THE PERIOD OF SEPTEMBER 1, 1996 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 13, <br />1996 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and <br />received accounts, payable invoicing during the period of September 1, 1996, through September <br />13, 1996 in the amount of $199,319.44; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for <br />all disbursement transactions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ;ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the cash disbursements made and <br />authorizes payment of the accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List for <br />the period iSeptember 1, 1996 through September 13, 1996 in the amount of $199,319,44. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />__ upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 24th day of September, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator. <br /> <br />/7 <br /> <br /> <br />
