PROPOSED ORDINANCE #96- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 9.20.11 R-iR RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; 9.20.12 R-1U RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, AND 9.20.13 R.2U RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT Sections 9.20.11, 9.20.12, and 9.20.13 are hereby amended to include the following language under Subdivision 2 Permitted Uses: Churches (except that no church will be permitted in a building designed primarily for residential use without fa-st applying for and obtaining a conditional use permit and that no church structure will be converted to a commercial use upon the expiration of the occupancy and/or the conditional use permit without obtaining a separate conditional use permit for the newly proposed commercial use.) SECTION 2. EFFEt~TIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
