Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />PROPOSED RESOLUTION #96-09- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR AN OFF-SITE ADVERTISING SIGN AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Holm's Super Bowl, Inc. and Lakeview Development Inc. of <br />Minnesota. have properly applied for a conditional use permit for an off-site advertising on <br />the property generally known as 6740 Hwy. gl0 N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3,~ Block 1, RIVERSIDE WEST, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on September 3 1996, conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />° <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a conditional use permit for a 96 square foot <br />free-standing, off-site advertising at 6740 Hwy. #10 N.W. is hereby granted to <br />Holm's Super Bowl and Lakeview Development Inc. of Minnesota, hereinafter <br />referred to as "Permit Holder". <br /> <br />This permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the terms imposed herein are <br />complied with. <br /> <br />The sign message is herein restricted to identify the occupant and the services <br />offered in the structure at 6720 Riverdale Drive N.W. <br /> <br />The placement of the sign structure shah be subject to the approval of the City <br />Administrator or his/her designee. <br /> <br />The sign structure shall comply with all applicable Building Code regulations and <br />standards for such snmctures. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, <br />including a sign permit from the City and the advertising control division of <br />Mn/DOT. Said sign permit from the 'City will not be issued until all financial <br />obligations relating to this conditional use permit and the application escrow account <br />have been satisfied. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for al/City costs incurred in administering <br />and enforcing this conditional use permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 <br />days of billing by the City and failure to pay the City's expenses within the 15 day <br />billing period will permit the City to draw upon any of the escrows required by this <br />agreement for payment. <br /> <br /> <br />
