The <br />property is a~proximately 35 acres in size and is located at the southeast corner Of the <br />intersection .o~ Hwy. //10 N.W. and Llama Street. The subdivision proposes to plat 11 <br />commercial 10ts and one ouflot. The City Council granted preliminary plat <br />approval to th{plat on-September 24. <br /> <br />All of the lots exceed the minimum area and dimension requirements for the B-3 Highway <br />Business Disffiet. <br /> <br />Development of the plat will include the construction of a westerly extension of Riverdale <br />Drive N.W. arid improvements to Llama Street N.W. south of Hwy. #10. <br /> <br />A Grading ant! Drainage Plan has been submitted and is acceptable. <br /> <br />The plat was ~viewed by the Park Commission on August 8.
