I I I I I i I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~)6-10- RESOLUTION ~ GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION WHEREAS, Haakon James, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for final plat apprOval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part 6~f the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 29, Township 32, Range [25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northwesterly of the recorded plat of ALPAO_4A ESTATES, Anoka County, Minnesota and lying northeasterly of the recorded plat of ALPACA ESTATES 3RD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. And that p~.rt of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter, Section 29, Township 32, Range 25,la,~Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Southerly of the Southwesterly right of way boun~ry line of Trunk Highway No. 10, as shown on MINNESOTA DEPART~NT OF TRANSPORTATION MONLIMENTATION PLAT 02-M3, filed as Anpka County Recorder Document No. 541041 and lying northwesterly of the recorde_~l plat of ALPACA ESTATES, Anoka County, Minnesota. EXCFJ:'T the West 39 feet thereof, as measured at right angles to the West line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 29. AND WHEREAS, on July 23, 1996, the City received application and sketch plan from Haakon James for g~lpaca Estates 4th Addition; and WHEREAS, on August 6, 1996, the Planning Commission' approved the sketch plan; and : WHERE&S, the Park and Recreation Commission met on August 8, 1996, and recommended cash)and trail corridor to satisfy park dedication requirements; and WHEREA;S, the Planning Commission met on September 3, 1996, and conducted a public hearing on ihe preliminary plat of Alpaca Estates 4th Addition and recommended City Council approval o~' same; and WHEREAseS, the City Council met on September 24, 1996, and approved the preliminary plat for~Alpaca Estates 4th Addition. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the R4rnsey City Council hereby gra~nts final plat approval to Alpaca Estates 4th Addition ini accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon the Developer entering into a development agreement with the City. The motion for the ~doption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vdte being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained:
