While there effectively will be no or <br />minimal impact upon properties to the east, west, and south, there are twenty-three homes to the <br />north adjacent to this parcel. The RFP requests neighborhood involvement in design concepts. <br /> <br />Sale of this property provides an important opportunity to develop our largest park property. The <br />Park and Recreation Commission and staff both recommend proceeding with the project. If we do <br />not receive favorable proposals, we do have the opportunity to not proceed with a sale at various <br />points in the process.
