James Gromberg, Economic Development Coordinator <br /> <br /> Background: <br />I With the filing of the Chestnut Ridge 3rd plat, it was noticed that the developer had <br /> inadvertently i~lentified a street as 147th Lane Northeast. In the City of Ramsey, all public <br /> I roadways are identified as Northwest. In addition, the sweet, numbering does not follow <br /> the correct seqhence resulting in a street to the south having the same 147th Lane number. <br /> <br /> To remedy this situation, the City is proposing the changing of 147th Lane Northeast to <br /> I 148th Avenue lNorthwest in the Chestnut 3rd Addition. certificates of <br /> Ridge <br /> Currently, <br /> no <br /> occupancy ha'4e been issued for these lots allowing for this change to affect no residents of <br /> the City. <br />I Council introduced an ordinance on September 24, 1996, changing the name of of 147th <br /> Lane NE to l~8th Avenue NW.
