PANY~ INQ. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94-20 (THE EXTENSION OF <br />SANIT~.'RY SE?eVER AND WATER TO THE PROPOSED ANOKA ELECTRIC <br />COOPERATIVE! FACILITY AND ENERGY PARK ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREA~, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~94-09-214 on <br />Sep~::.m'ber 27, 1994, approving this project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of. Ramsey adopted Resolution ~95-08-169 on <br />.A'~g~.~st 8, 1995, aw~ding the bid to Arcon Construction Company, Inc. for the extension of sanitary <br />sewer and water tO the proposed Anoka Electric Cooperative Facility and Energy Park Addition <br />(Improvement Proj~t ~94-20); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, previous payments have been made to Arcon Construction Company, Inc. in <br />the amount of $737i602.47; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial!payment to Arcon Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $37,821.19. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, A~qOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Arcon Consumction Company, <br />Inc. for the oxtension of sanitary sewer and water to the proposed Anoka Electric Cooperative <br />Facility and Energy Park Addition (Improvement Project #94-20) in the amount of <br />$37,821.19.; <br /> <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br /> Administratt~r to sign the release form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills <br />for the month of October, 1996. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />__ and upon vofte being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following vc~wxl against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 8th day of October, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
