I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I CASE #1 - 12 PUBLIC HEARING AND LEVY OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE 1996 STREET MAINTENANCE PROGRAM By: Steve Jankowski, City Engineer Background: The 1996 Street M~ 'ntenance Program, covering twenty miles of City streets, has been completed. This year's progrgm consisted of fourteen sealcoat projects preceded by patching and crack sealing, attached 8re project summaries of final project costs and proposed assessments for each of the projects compffing the 1996 Street Maintenance Program. The projects are as follows: g96-01 g96-03 ~96-04 4196-05 g96-07 g96-08 4t96-09 ~96-10 ~/06-11 //96-12 ~96-13 ~96-14 g96-15 Windsorwood Addition Trott Brook Ridge Addition Fox Ridge 1 st and 2nd Additions Oak Run Addition Hall Anderson/Hall's Dover Addition Woodland Green Addition Stanhope Terrace Addition North Half of Sections 22 and 23, Unplatted Peltzer and Beaudry 2nd Additions, Southwest Quarter Unplatted East Half of Section 21, Unplatted Bowers Drive East Half of Sections 34 and 35, South of Highway gl0 161st Avenue West of Armstrong Boulevard of Section 22, It should be noted that two projects have no assessments. The cost of project g96-02 was entirely covered by a deve!~per's escrow set aside for the first sealcoating of the street. Project g96-03 received only crack filling which was covered by a developer's escrow. Sealcoating for this project will be incorporated into a larger program in 1997, which will include adjacent additions.
