COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING Case #1: Public Hearing on the Proposed Modification of Development District No. 1 and Modification Tax Increment Financing District No. 6 City Administrato. r Schroeder stated that this public hearing is regarding the proposal to modify TIF District #6..With the construction of the Anoka Electric Cooperative Headquarters, the City created Tax Increment Financing District No. 6 and enlarged Development District No. 1. With the Vision-Ease Lens site, the City now has a better picture of the increment to be generated and the infrastructure required for the industrial park.
