AGREEMENT This Agreement is made on the .~.c-~ day of (~C ~Q~'.~C~-c>~x~ , 1996 between ANOKA ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, 2022 North Ferry Street, Anoka, Minnesota 55303 ("AEC") and the CITY OF RAMSEY, a charter city under the laws of the State of Minnesota, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., P, amsey, Minnesota 55303_("City"). RECITALS AEC is a cooperative utility corporation furnishing electric service to its customers in a defined service territory established by the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission; AEC has developed the capability to provide certain billing services for cities that own and operate sewer, water, and other utility systems; City owns and operates a sewer, water, and street lighting utility system ~0r the benefit of its residents which requires utility billing services; and City desires to engage AEC to perform certain billing services for the sewer, water, and street lighting utility services it provides to its residents. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows: I. SERVICES AND CHARGES AEC shall provide the City with Basic Billing Services and make available to the City Optional Billing Services both of which type services are set forth below.
