Councilmember RESOLUTION SANCTUARY introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-10- GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF WILDLIFE WHEREAS, Wanda Gustafson and Robert Gustafson, hereafter referred to as "Developers" have properly applied'for plat approval of the following descr/bed property located in the City of Ramsey: The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, on September 30, 1996, the city received application and sketch plan from the Developers; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on October 16, 1996, and approved the sketch plan of Wildlife Sanctuary Addition and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Rarnsey Park and Recreation Commission met on October 10, 1996, and recommended that cash be accepted to satisfy park dedication requirements; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Wildlife Sanctuary in accordance with relevant City Codes and as follows: a. Contingent upon the Developer entering into a development agreement with the City. b. A deviation from the 200 minimum lot width on Lot 2, Block 1. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of October, 1996.
