Mr. Conelly asked who would hold the liability. Mr. Johnson explained the bank would hold the <br />liability and any costs. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson explained that they have gone through the process to develop the bank, and received <br />no special treatment fi.om the City. He expla/ned that he did not see a hardship issue, and met all of <br />the requirements to obtain the interim use permit. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motioned by Commissioner LaDue, seconded by Commissioner Thorud to close the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
