Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission proceeded to review the proposed Resolution for the Interim Use Permit. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated he had no problem with conditions #1 or #2. <br /> <br />Commissioner D~eemer asked if the parking lot will be paved. Mr. Johnson explained that they are not <br />planning to pave ~e parking lot due to the construction, and they plan on using crushed aggregate for the <br />parking lot. Mr. Johnson added that the people developing the road recommended not paving the parking <br />lot. Commissioner Deemer stated condition #3 was incorrect according to the site plan. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden asked if the temporary structure will be a drive-up. Mr. Johnson stated it would <br />mainly be a drive-Up facility. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jerisen asked how the construction vehicles will be prevented from exiting on T.H. ~47. <br />Chairperson Bawd~ explained that this would be no different from the old Public Works building, where <br />City vehicles were exiting on T.H. ~7. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen asked if there would be fencing. Mr. Jankowski explained that it could be a <br />condition that th~ State require construction fencing. Commissioner Jensen stated there should be <br />fencing, due to th~ other development in the area. <br /> <br />Commissioner D/~emer noted that other banks have rented space with an improved parking lot as a <br />convenience to their customers.
