After discussion, Council <br />decided thfit the moratorium should last for 180 days. <br /> <br />Observat!ons: <br /> <br />According to City Charter, the enclosed ordinance is now eligible for adoption. <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff r~commends adoption of a moratorium ordinance on tower development for a <br />period of 180 days. <br /> <br />Cot~ncil Action: <br /> <br />Adoi~t Ordinance g9 to establish a. moratorium on the construction, <br />enl~gement, or expansion of towers within the City and on the development and <br />use df this property for such purposes. <br /> <br />Review ChecElist: City Attorney <br /> Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />CC: 11/26/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
