ORDINANCE NO. 96-XX CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE, AND PUBLIC EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA MINNESOTA. UTILITY COUNTY, The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. This Orctinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. yACATION. The following described dedicated drainage, utility and public easements is hereby vacated, to wit: Ail drainage, utility and public easements contained within the following legally described property: That part of Lot 3, Block 7, Klemish Addition, which lies East of a line drawn from a point in the South line of said Lot 3, distant 71.13 feet West of the Southeast comer of said Lot 3 to a point in the North line of said Lot 3, distant 57.30 feet West of the Northeast comer of said LOt 3, Anoka County, Minnesota. &[SO That part of Lot 3, Block 7, Klernish Addition described as beginning at a point in the South line of said Lot 3 distant 71.13 feet West of the Southeast comer of said Lot 3; thence North to a point in the North line of said Lot 3, distant 57.30 feet West of the Northeast comer of said Lot 3, thence West along the North llne of said Lot 3 a distance of 164.38 feet; thence South to a point in the South line of said Lot 3 a distance of 164.38 feet West of the point of beginning; thence East to the point of beginning. also The West 187.76 feet of that part of Lot 3, Block 7, Klemish Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies East of a Iine drawn from a point in the South line of said Lot 3, distant 423.27 feet West of the Southeast comer of said Lot 3 to a point in the North line of said Lot 3, distant 409.44 feet West o.f the Northeast comer of said Lot 3. and Lot 2, Block 7, Klemish Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the South 40.00 feet of the West 111.97 feet thereof.
