Since that time, we have completed several major <br />improvement prCjects including replacing all the windows, installing new carpeting, installing new <br />lighting and other projects. We have vastly improved a building that was falling into serious <br /> ~ . <br />disrepair. Currently, this clean, professional looking office building has a occupancy rate of <br />ninety percent. <br /> <br />While many need, ed improvements have been made, there is still much work left to do. The most <br />pressing need isito replace the 25-year old roof. We have estimated the cost to complete this <br />job at between fifteen and twenty thousand dollars. <br /> <br />After paying for this major improvement, we plan to repave the parking lot and install new curbs <br />and gutters around the entire parking area. Given the high cost of the roofing job and the fact <br />that we are still Ipaying for the window replacement, revamping the parking lot will not be <br />completed for anPther five to seven years. <br /> <br />I trust that the steady progress we are making toward improving this facility meets with your <br />satisfaction.
