Vehicles on a <br />propen'y much _be owned or leased by the owner or occupant of the property or his/her employer. For <br />private use ve~cles, the following would apply: 1) Ail vehicles stored outside must be operable or in <br />operable condition within seven days. All vehicles must be currently licensed with the exception of one <br />vehicle. 2) Vehi~ les may be parked in the front yard, if on a driveway. The driveway would not have to <br />be prepared with any surfacing. 3) Vehicles may be parked on a side yard or rear yard, but only if on a <br />prepared ~. For private use equipment, the following would apply: 1) Equipment may be parked in <br />the front yard {f on a driveway. The driveway would not have to be prepared with any surfacing. 2) <br />Equipment may be parked on the side yard, but only on a prepared surface. 3) Equipment may be parked <br />in the rear yard.'For Commercial use vehicles and equipment, the following would apply: 1) No parking <br />in the front yard is allowed, even if on a driveway. 2) Parking on a side yard is allowed only on a <br />prepared surfa~ and the vehicle/equipment is 75% screened. 3) Parking in the rear yard is allowed only <br />on a prepared gufface .and the vehicle/equipment is 75% screened.
