However, that has since been buried and <br />is non-functional as a result of the elevated and widened driveway. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bawden questioned follow-up responsibility for ensuring proper function of the <br />culvert. The Zoning Administrator indicated any follow-up would need to be initiated/completed by <br />the DNR since wetlands are being affected by this created predicament. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bawden requested the Planning Commission receive a follow-up report on this matter <br />at its next meeting:. Commissioner Deemer indicated an appropriateness for the Commission to direct <br />City staff.to assist in expediting any actions within the City's jurisdiction which could resolve the <br />situation. <br /> <br />Commissioner De*mer thanked Mrs. Mayer for sharing the fore information and encouraged her and <br />her husband to share any information with the City Council at its next regular meeting during their <br />open forum. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Jensen to add an additional item <br />under Commissi(m Business known as Case #5: Approve Amendment to Chapter 8 (Building and <br />Housing) of the City Code. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Jensen, LaDue, Terry, <br />and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to approve the agenda, as <br />amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
