Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Public Hearing and Levy of Assessments for the 1996 Street <br />Maintenance Program Improvement Project #96-07 (Sealcoating and <br />Crack Filling of Hall-Anderson Acres and Hall's Dover Acres) <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:16 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearin~ <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 7:16 p.m. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />Teri Svare, 6015 - 158th Lane NW, Ramsey, stated she is not sure what is going on. There are <br />three families on 158th Lane and none are real happy with the job that was done. "Our kids could <br />have done better." She did not understand why they continue to be assessed. When the cul-de-sac <br />was first put in, they were charged close to $500. Now they are being charged 50¢ a month for <br />su'eet lights and we don't have any. Now we are being asked to pay for road work done. It's <br />poorly done. We just had a tax hike and we are upset about this.
