Citizen Input: None Motion by ComU, cilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to close the public heating. Motion carded. ~ Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen, Zimmerman, Beyer and Peterson. Voting No: None. The public hearing closed at 7:31 p.m. Council Business Mayor Hardin called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:31 p.m. Motion by CouPcilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt Resolution g06-~t0-294 adopting assessment for Improvement Proj::ct g96-09 (Sealcoating and crack filling of Stanhope Terrace Addition). Motion carried..'Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Peterson, Beahen and Beyer. Voting No: None. Case g7: Public Hearing and Levy of Assessments for the 1996 Street Maintenance Program Improvement Project #96-10 (Sealcoating and Crack Filling of the North Half of Section 22 and Section 23 U~platted) Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:3I p.m. in order to conduct the public hearing.
