Public Hearir~e Mayor Hardin c~llled the public hearing to order at 8:09 p.m. Citizen Input ~ Aaron Hinton, 1~7200 Bison Street NW, Ramsey, asked if the electric pole on the north end of Bison would be i'emoved. Mr. Jankowski stated he would speak with the power company regarding that pole. Motion by Coun[cilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to close the public hearing. ~ Motion carried. :Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beahen, Beyer and Peterson. Voting No: None. The public heatlog closed at 8:11 p.m. (~opn¢il ,Business Mayor Hardin called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 8:11 p.m. Motion by CouqCilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt Resolution g96-10-303 adopting assessment for Improvement Project g95-16 (Bituminous paving of Bison Street frbm 171st Avenue to C.R. #63). Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beahen, Beyer and Peterson. VotingiNo: None. Case #15: R6quest for Final Plat Approval of Alpaca Estates 4th Addition; Case oflHaakon Jarnes Zoning Administr!ator Frolik stated that Haakon James, who is present, is requesting f'mal plat approval of Alpa~ Estates 4th Addition. The property is approximately 35 acres in size and is located at the sootheast comer of the intersection of Highway gl0 and Llama Street. The subdivision propqses to plat 11 commercial lots and one outlot. The Planning Commission approved the ske~h plan on August 6, and conducted the preliminary plat public hearing on September 3. The!City Council granted preliminary plat approval to the plat on September 24. all lots exceed the minimum area and dimension requirements for the B-3 Highway Business District. Development of ~'e plat will include the construction of a westerly extension of Riverdale Drive and improvement~ to Llama Street south of Highway #10. The grading and drainage plan are acceptable and park dedication consists of a combination of trail corridor and cash. Motion by Counqilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman Resolution ~)6~ 10~304 granting final plat approval to Alpaca Estates 4th addition. to adopt Motion carded.
