The Oty ordered the project for assessment as per the ordinance at that time. After the first of the year, you (to Hendriksen) slipped in the Charter amendment, for one reason - so three people would h~ave to pay. The City made a good business decision, we cannot control Mother Nature. They made a right decision to wait. The project was done 99% other than restoration. We could have dirt streets and have City sewer and water. Terry Hendriksen said that Mr. Green had petitioned for the project and received it. APPROVE AGENDA Councilmember. Beyer asked to have Item #5 on the Consent Agenda moved to the regular agenda as Case #6. Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve the agenda as amended.
