Closing/Open House <br /> <br />CouncilmemberlBeyer announced that the DARE house had a closing today with an Open House and <br />ribbon cutting aeremony. A family from California will be moving into it. <br /> <br />3) City of Ramsey Versus Arnold ]tolmberg Update <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich advised the Council that in the matter of Arnold Holmberg, an appeal has <br />been sent to the U.S. Supreme Court after the Minnesota Supreme Court decision. He will keep the <br />Council inform6d, and in the meantime continue to monitor and enforce the injunction received by <br />the City. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Motion by Coun¢ilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
