Voting Yes: Councilmember Beyer, Chairperson Pearson and Boardmembers <br />Lewandowski, McLaughlin and Weiss. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Hardin <br /> <br />BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Hiring of Two Fire Fighters <br /> <br />Fire Chief Kaplef explained that Volunteer Fire Fighters Pete Funder and Bryan Skochenski need <br />to be replaced. Mr. Funder has resigned due to family commitments and Mr. Skochenski could <br />not make the ~um requirements. He requested authorization to take two people from the <br />waiting list to suggest for hire. <br /> <br />Motion by Boardmember Weiss and seconded by Boardmember McLaughlin to have two people <br />from the waiting ~list recommended to replace the Funder and Skochensld. <br /> <br />Motion carried. ,Voting Yes: Councilmember Beyer, Chairperson Pearson, Boardmembers Weiss, <br />McLaughlin and.Lewandowski. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Hardin. <br /> <br />Case #2: Criteria for Driveway Ordinance <br /> <br />Fire Chief Kapler reported that back in May, when the log home on T.H. #47 was struck by <br />lightening, the p~son who built this home did little to establish a decent driveway.
