I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Henry Messer, 5936 - 168th Lane NW, Ramsey, asked if when you shift the east easement line by <br />the bank, will the frontage road be eliminated. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik reSPonded that when the Klemish Addition was developed, the City required an extra <br />39 feet to sorr!e day provide for a future service road. Now, a service road is not necessary but <br />this 39 feet of ~asement provides the area for an important segment for the City's trail system and <br />we would likeito retain that for trail and provide the new owners of the bank the canopy easement. <br />She added that the east line will not shift. <br /> <br />Gerald Ladwig, 5955 ~ 168th Avenue NW, Ramsey, asked about Lots 1, 2 and 3 - will they be <br />pushing that lite north 150 feet? <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik answered that the homestead was rezoned to commercial years ago for additional <br />parking. The r~sidential lot will decrease in size. <br /> <br />Mr. Ladwig asked the dimensions of Lot 1, as passed. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik replied 317 feet on the Highway g47 side, 318 feet on the western boundary, and 538 <br />feet across I68th. <br /> <br />Mr. Ladwig asl~ed if LOt 1 is zoned residential. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik answered yes, but a remnant on the south end of Lot 1 is zoned commercial. She <br />added that the rezoning is Mr. Muller's prerogative. <br /> <br />Motion by Cou~cilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to close the public <br />heating. <br /> <br />Motion carried.; Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen, Beyer and <br />Zimmerman. VOting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hear~g closed at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik announced that staff is recommending retaining the 39 foot easement parallel to <br />Highway #47 ani:l only vacating the existing easements within the boundaries of the lots. <br /> <br />Motion by Cou~cilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to introduce the <br />ordinance to vaqate all drainage, utility and public easements existing on Parcels 11-32-25-42- <br />0013, 11-32-25-g2-0014, 11-32-25-42-0015 and 11-32-25-42-0016. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen, Beyer and <br />Zimmerman. VotingNo: None. <br /> ; <br />Motion by Cound/lmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to authorize the City <br />Attorney to prepare and execute an easement for structure encroachment into the City right-of-way <br />to be conveyed to the proposed Lot 3, Block I, Muller Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. :Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen, Beyer and <br />Zimmerman.
