Section 4. Program and Plan Adopted; Certification; Filing. 4.01. That the modified Program and the Plan are hereby approved and adopted. 4.02. That the geographic boundaries of the Development District and of the TIF District are described in the modified Program and Plan, therefore, and are incorporated herein by reference. 4.03. That the City Administrator is authorized and directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution together with a certified copy of the modified Program and the Plan to the Auditor of Anoka County with a request that the original tax capacity of the property within Tax Increment Financing District No. 7 be certified to the City pursuant to {}469.177, Subd. 1 of the TIF Act, and to file a copy of the modified Program and the Plan with the Minnesota Commissioner of Revenue as required by the TIF Act. 4.04. That the City may at the appropriate time take action to finance the public costs identified in the Program and the Plan. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember .. __ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 10th day of December, 1996.
