Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />COMMERCIAL <br /> <br />__ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adopt/on: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #96-12- <br /> <br />GRANTING FINAL PLAT <br />PARK SECOND ADDITION. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Charles and Barbara Christian, hereafter referred to as "DeveloperS,'' have <br /> properly applied for plat approval of the following described property located in the City of <br /> Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Lots 1 and 2, Ramsey Commercial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on November 18, 1996, the City received application and sketch plan <br /> from Charles Christian; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on December 3, 1996, and approved <br /> the sketch plan of Ramsey Commercial Park Second Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on December 12, 1996, <br /> and determined that cash would satisfy park dedication requirements due on the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the developer agreed to provide the City with outlots for future road along <br />the north boundary of the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received application for final plat approval on December 4, 1996. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Ramsey Commercial Park <br /> Second Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and as follows: <br /> <br /> a) Contingent upon the Developer entering into a development agreement with the City. <br /> <br /> b) Providing the City with fee title to out. lots A, B and C. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
