Councilmember RESOLUTION COMMERCIAL __ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adopt/on: RESOLUTION #96-12- GRANTING FINAL PLAT PARK SECOND ADDITION. APPROVAL OF RAMSEY WHEREAS, Charles and Barbara Christian, hereafter referred to as "DeveloperS,'' have properly applied for plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lots 1 and 2, Ramsey Commercial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, on November 18, 1996, the City received application and sketch plan from Charles Christian; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on December 3, 1996, and approved the sketch plan of Ramsey Commercial Park Second Addition; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on December 12, 1996, and determined that cash would satisfy park dedication requirements due on the plat; and WHEREAS, the developer agreed to provide the City with outlots for future road along the north boundary of the plat; and WHEREAS, the City received application for final plat approval on December 4, 1996. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Ramsey Commercial Park Second Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and as follows: a) Contingent upon the Developer entering into a development agreement with the City. b) Providing the City with fee title to out. lots A, B and C.
