Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On November 26, 1996, the City Council introduced an ordinance to vacate all pre-existing <br />drainage and utility easements in the proposed plat of Muller Addition to facilitate error-free <br />rededication of ~ necessary and standard drainage and utility easements in accordance with <br />existing underground utilities and with the new property line locations. <br /> <br />Observation: <br /> <br />In accordance with the City Charter, the ordinance is now eligible for adoption. <br />Recommendation: <br /> [ <br />City Staff recommends adoption of the enclosed ordinance. <br /> <br /> Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: ~ <br />Adopt Or{:l.inance ~O6-~l. vacating all drainage and utility easements within the boundaries <br />of the proposed plat of Muller Addition. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />CC: <br /> <br />City Engineer <br />12/10/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
