This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VA~ATION. The following des~cribed dedicated drainage, utility and public easements is hereby vacated, to wit: All drainage, utility and public easements contained within the following legally described property: Thgt part of Lot 3, Block 7, Klemish Addition, which lies East of a line drawn from a goint in the South line of said Lot 3, distant 71.13 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Lot 3 to a point in the North line of said Lot 3, distant 57.30 feet W~st of the Northeast comer of said Lot 3, Anoka County, Minnesota. alsO That part of Lot 3, Block 7, Klemish Addition described as beginning at a point in theiSouth line of said Lot 3 distant 71.13 feet West of the Southeast comer of said Lo~. 3; thence North to a point in the North line of said LOt 3, .distant 57.30 feet WeSt of the Northeast corner of said Lot 3, thence West along the North line of said Lot3 a distance of 164.38 feet; thence South to a point in the South line of'said Lot 3 a:distance of 164.38 feet West of the point of beginning; thence East to the point of beginning. also The West 187.76 feet of that part of Lot 3, Block 7, Klemish Addition, Anoka Cotlnty, Minnesota, which lies East of a line drawn from a point in the South line of shid Lot 3, distant 423.27 feet West of the Southeast comer of said Lot 3 to a poiat in the North line of said Lot 3, distant 409.44 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot 3. and ~Lot 2, Block 7, Klemish Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the South 40.00 feet of the West 111.97 feet thereof.
