CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Charles Curtis, 769 - 113th Avenue NW, Coon Rapids, Pastor of New Life Church, explained that it is <br />difficult to sell church property as the uses are very narrow. Chairperson Bawden explained that a <br />conditional use permit can be pursued, Commissioner Deemer explained that this amendment to the <br />ordinance would not make a commercial use impossible. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motioned by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Deemer to close the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners, Holland, Deemer, Terry, Jensen, <br />LaDue, and Thorud. Voting No: None.
