Little or no effect. <br /> <br /> Cost <br /> <br /> Minimal for one installation. May become <br />significant if installed at a large number of <br />locations. <br /> <br /> Additional Considerations <br /> <br />There is no indication that signs of this type <br />ach/eve the desired safety benefits.
