I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />:1 <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br />'1 <br />:1 <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #96-12-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1997 SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br /> wHEREAs, at the Council Finance Committee meeting on December 10, 1996, staff <br />recommended approval of the attached Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges; and <br /> <br /> WHERE, AS, the Finance Committee approved this recommendation and hereby <br />recommends ther~Ramsey City Council approve this recommendation. <br /> <br />NOW THEREF~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the l attached Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is hereby adopted effective <br /> January 1~, 1997. <br /> <br />The motion for a~loption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 10th day of December, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
