I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />Commissioner Holland inquired as to the status of the retail center that was supposed to <br />have been developed on the southwest corner of Sunfish Lake Blvd. and Hwy. #10. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik replied that the developer did receive site plan approval from City Council and <br />the DNR certified the variance to lot coverage. She doesn't know why construction has not <br />begun, but assumes the developer is seeking an anchor tenant. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the <br />special meeting of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, <br />LaDue, Terry and Thorud. Voting No: None.
