Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION ~)6-04- <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND <br /> DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, William Schrader (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance to construct <br /> an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property <br /> generally known as 16750 Wolverine Circle N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 7, Block 4, Hunters Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on April 2, 1996, <br /> pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br /> MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #. , a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the <br /> front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. The accessory garage consn'ucted on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br /> than ninety-five (95) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />3. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br /> of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />4. That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br /> commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for ail City costs incurred in <br /> administering and enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />6. That the exhibit submitted by the Permittee shall suffice for a certificate of survey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the <br />2nd day of April, 1996. <br /> <br /> <br />
